Inspired by numerous visits to the Big Easy, the owners of SamFam LLC (Ron Samuelson, Justin Halbert & Aaron Halbert) sought to bring the essence of New Orleans to the Heart of Aksarben Village in Omaha, Nebraska. From the Food and Cocktails to the feel of the interior, Herbe Sainte aspires to transport you to the Crescent City.
